It’s about building community, a place where every body can come to shut the outside world off and find the connection from the mind to the body. It’s a space you can visit for movement, where we focus on the six Principles: Centering/Stabilization, Control,Concentration, Flow, Breath, and Precision. Results you can expect: Stamina, efficient movement, Coordination, Strength, Flowing Movement, Rejuvenation, Self Awareness, Improved Posture, Mental and Physical stability. It’s a place to come for support to expand strength and training for any and all athletes. A space for healing from injuries and for postpartum moms looking to recover from pregnancy and birth. Our instructors are certified or will be working towards certification so they can provide you with the most support and experience in each session.Come for the results, stay for the vibes and the community we’ll be building along the way.
